If you are nominated

The results of the application will be announced in November/December 2010. You will be informed about the result of your application in December 2010. All notifications are sent by email to the email address registered in your application. You will have 7 days to respond on whether you accept the offer or not.

The European university (your home or your host university) will help you to arrange with a pre-paid ticket from your home university. They will also inform you about the scholarship transfers etc.

The host university will assist with visa issues, admission and housing etc. The mobility can start as soon as all practical issues have been arranged, and the dates will be decided together with your host university. The first mobilities are foreseen to start in January 2011.

If you are nominated to less than the maximum duration you may apply for an extension of the scholarship once you have started the mobility.

All students must start their mobility before 31 Dec 2011, whereas staff mobility can start later than this date. All mobility must be completed before July 2014.
