Documents to upload

Make sure to scan documents with sufficient resolution. Check which documents are requested for your mobility type in the list below.
All supporting documents must be in English.

Definitions:

Passport: Copy of your passport. If you do not have a valid passport, please submit a copy of a birth certificate or other ID.

Proof of registration: Official, stamped and signed document proving your current registration at your home university. Mandatory if you are registered at a university.

Course record: The official, stamped and signed document showing the courses and results (grades) of your previous studies

Resume/CV: Your current resume/Curriculum Vitae. Students: please use the Europass template, which can be downloaded here. You may remove fields in the template which are not relevant for your application. Post-doc and staff may use other templates for the cv.

Target group 3 proof: Supporting document motivating your Target Group 3 status. Examples: UNWRA document proving refugee status, health certificate proving disability, or other relevant documents.

Official Transcript of Diploma or Degree: Certified proof of graduation from university (Diploma). If no diploma has been issued, please submit a certified document showing your eligibility for the activity applied for.

Official Language Test: An official language test (TOEFL or similar), please check the requirements of the host university. Note that some universities have very strict policies concerning this.

Description of research interests: Document showing 1) General description of research interests 2) intentions for the mobility period and how it fits into your career plan 3) which department(s)/research group(s) you are interested in at the host university.

Plan of work: Document showing 1) preliminary work plan and intentions for the mobility period 2) Name of the department(s)/research group(s) you intend to visit, and the name of a contact person there. 3) Preliminary time for visit.

Mobility 1. Undergraduates

Mandatory:

6. Official transcripts of earlier diplomas or degrees (only if you have previously completed a university degree)
7. Official Language Test

Mobility 2. Master's students

Mandatory:

2. Proof of registration (this is optional for TG2 and TG3, if not registered )
3. Official transcripts of diploma or degree
4. Course record

6. Target group 3 only: proof of Target group 3 status.

Mobility 3. PhD students

Mandatory:

2. Proof of registration (this is optional for TG2 and TG3)

Mandatory:

Mobility 5. Academic and Administrative Staff

Mandatory:

2. Proof of affiliation to your home institution

4. Work plan for the mobility, including the name of a contact person at the host institution
